At Sunray Home Services, we recently undertook a unique carpentry project in Surprise. A homeowner desired to enhance a plain living room wall by incorporating a fireplace. We collaborated closely with the client to create a custom media wall that would beautifully compliment their space. Given the 12′ height of the room, we ensured all elements were proportionally scaled. Rather than using traditional shiplap, we cut plywood to 8″, created a 3/8″ gap, and added a storage hearth for extra width.
